Kairos ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing and growth service run by Krish Kachhwaha, operating at kairosleadgen.co.uk. This policy applies to this website and to any information collected when you get in touch, book a meeting, or work with us.
We only collect what's needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. This typically includes: your name, email address and any details you send us directly by email; and, if you book a meeting, the information you provide through our scheduling tool (currently HubSpot Meetings), such as your name, email, phone number and anything you note about your business.
If you become a client, we may also handle business information you share with us for the purpose of running ad campaigns, such as footage, brand assets, and ad account access, strictly to deliver the agreed work.
We use your information to: reply to enquiries and book meetings; deliver, manage and improve the services we provide to clients; and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above.
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run this business, including HubSpot for meeting scheduling and, where relevant to a client campaign, advertising platforms such as Meta. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we only share what's necessary for them to perform their function.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies of its own. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it, and where required we'll ask for your consent first.
We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, financial records), after which it's deleted or anonymised.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
